Who is eligible to enter?
You can enter this promotion if you are a resident of England, Scotland, Wales, Chanel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Burton's Biscuits (the "Promoter"), its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
How long is the promotional period?
The main promotion opens at 09.00am (UK time) on 01.03.21 and closes for qualifying purchases at 23.59 pm (UK time) on 31.05.21. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period.
How do I enter?
To be in with a chance of winning you'll need to find your batch code on promotional packs of Wagon Wheels. You can then enter by visiting www.stigonwheels.com and filling in the online form providing your details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and batch code) during the main promotional period.
Where will I find my batch code?
This can be found in the best before box and is five digits long.

How will I know if I've won?
You'll receive an instant message on screen to let you know if you're a major prize winner! You'll also receive a text message to the mobile number you provided up on entry to confirm this and provide you with details of how to claim your prize.

ROI winners from the element of skill will be contacted with 5 days of the end of the main promotional period.
How do I claim my prize?
You'll need to follow the instructions in the text message you receive (email/phone call for ROI winners). This will ask you to email us within 14 days to confirm your personal details, URN featured in your confirmation text message and attach a photograph of your till receipt and promotional packaging. We'll then either email your subscription code, or give you any further instructions on the track day. Please make sure you reply within 14 days, otherwise you may not be able to claim your prize! How many times can I enter?
You can enter one batch code, per person, per day. Only one email and mobile number will be accepted per person.
Each entry must have a qualifying purchase and receipt which predates the entry.
How many prizes could I win?
You could win a maximum of one of each type of prize per household.
Can I enter without purchasing Wagon Wheels?
No sorry! Purchase is necessary and will need your batch code from pack to enter. Internet access is required to enter.
Northern Ireland residents have the option to enter without purchase, please see full terms for details.
Why won't my batch code work?
Please double check the code you are entering matches the code on the promotional pack. This can be found in the best before box and is four digits long. In the unlikely event that your code still doesn't work, please contact consumer.services@burtonsbiscuits.com
What constitutes as a receipt?
Because entry requires the purchase of Wagon Wheels, you'll need the till receipt you were given when you purchased your pack. This must pre-date your entry and you will be asked to send a photograph to claim your prize.
Which products can I buy in order to be eligible to enter?
You need to buy either Wagon Wheels Original or Wagon Wheels Jammie containing the promotional message on-pack.
What could I win?

If you enter after the close date, you will be in with a chance of winning 10x Top Gear Magazine Subscriptions.
How will winners be selected?
During the main promotional period, 107 winning moments have been randomly pre-selected (date, hours, minutes, seconds) and evenly distributed via a computer algorithm. The first entrant that enters on or after one of these winning moments will win a Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then.

For the Wrap Up draw, the 10x winners of the Top Gear Magazine Subscriptions will be randomly drawn by computer process first from all entries received during the Instant Win Period and Wrap Up Draw period. Unwon or unclaimed prizes from the main draw will be randomly drawn next, in order of value highest to lowest.

Winners will be the 13 entrants who have completed the skill-challenge correctly in the shortest amount of time will win. The quickest 3 will win the Top Gear Track Day and the next 10 will win the Top Gear Magazine Subscriptions.
What do I have to do if I've won?
Winners will receive a text message to the mobile phone number they used on entry with claim instructions. This text will also contain a URN which must be quoted when claiming a prize.
The website stated I'd won a prize but I am yet to receive a confirmation text, what should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation text within 48 hours, please contact support@stigonwheels.com stating the time of entry and the name, email and mobile number used at the point of entry.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
Unfortunately not, all prizes are as specified. Please see T&C's for full details of your prize and any restrictions.
I've submitted my receipt for validation, why haven't I heard anything?
Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period please email winner@stigonwheels.com stating your name, email and URN used to claim.
How do I enter if I'm from NI?
Please send your full name, email address and NI postal address in a correctly stamped envelope to: Wagon Wheels Competition, Element London Ltd, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL

NI entries must arrive no later than 14.06.2021.

Only one entry per correctly stamped envelope allowed and the name, email address and NI address needs to be correct, genuine and clearly legible.

Entrants will be then be emailed a batch code for them to enter as per the instructions above.

Max 5 NPN entries per person across the duration of the Promotion. Strictly one email address per person will be accepted. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted, and NI addresses may be checked for validation
